Theater Oobleck presents “Syndrome.”
A public reading of a new comedy by Oobleck co-founder David Isaacson. The Hideout audience will be the first to see this work in progress, performed by a stellar cast including Kirk Anderson, Rammel Chan, Tyler Meredith, Colm O’ Reilly, Danny Turek, H.B. Ward, and Wai Yim.
It is March, 2018, and the mysterious, debilitating “Havana Syndrome” has spread to an American consulate in China. Diplomats, CIA agents, corporate consultants, and Communist officials must contend with bizarre neurologic symptoms, new Trump-appointed State Department bosses, and a rapidly dwindling supply of alcohol.
