Theater Oobleck brings back its quadrennial election show in the form of a four-week Hideout residency this fall. Each night features a cabaret of performances by Oobleck regulars, including some sort of conspiracy cooked up by Diana Slickman and Rachel Claff (10/16), Dave Buchen’s message from the First Millennialist Sacred and Profane Temple of the Puerto Rican Apocalypse (10/23), a new puppet play by Mickle Maher (10/30), and an election night with live returns hosted by Jeff Dorchen, parachuting in from the coast (11/6). Each night features a house band led by Mucca Pazza’s Dave Smith.
